Obituary of Lee Ann McGuire
November 10, 1969 – September 8, 2025
Lee Ann McGuire, 55, of Oxford New Jersey, passed away at her home on September 8, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Lee was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is survived by her beloved husband, Kevin S. McGuire, and their three children: Kevin W. McGuire and his partner Pamela Molesky, Meghan Skibenes and her husband Tyler Skibenes, and Katlee Halma and her husband Jacob Halma.
She was the proud and loving grandmother of Colin McGuire, son of Kevin W. and Pamela, and Madison McGuire, daughter of Kevin W., as well as Scarlett Skibenes and Patrick Skibenes, children of Meghan and Tyler. Lee is also survived by her mother, Kathryn Becker, her brother, Leonard Becker, and her niece, Skylar Becker.
Lee’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was a selfless and caring woman who always put others before herself. She loved spending time with her loved ones, especially during visits to her favorite place, Chincoteague Island, where she found peace and happiness by the ocean. Lee was also a wonderful cook who found joy in bringing people together through her meals.
A devout Catholic, Lee lived her life guided by her strong faith in God, which was evident in the kindness, strength, and compassion she showed to all who knew her.
Though her passing was sudden, Lee’s legacy of love, faith, and devotion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Knoll-DeVoe Funeral Home & Cremation Service, located at 142 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church, located at 85 Academy Street, Oxford, NJ 07863. The burial will immediately following at St Rose of Lima Cemetery.
