Obituary of Diana Jean Goulet
Diana Jean Goulet (née Jaworski), 85, of Oxford, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025. She was born on November 7, 1940, in Newark, New Jersey, the beloved daughter of the late Georgianna Schoor and Stanley Jaworski.
Diana shared a loving marriage with her husband, Richard Goulet, who was her devoted partner in life. Together they built a family rooted in love, laughter, and faith.
Diana will be remembered for her warm heart, joyful spirit, and steadfast love for her family. She found her greatest joy in her roles as a mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, always offering kindness, wisdom, and a caring presence to those around her. Known as the life of the party, Diana had a natural gift for bringing people together and making every gathering feel like a celebration.
Diana loved sharing a glass of wine, celebrating life’s moments both big and small, and surrounding herself with family and friends. She enjoyed shopping, bowling, cooking for those she loved, tending to her garden, and spending treasured time with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
After moving out of the city, Diana embraced the peace and tranquility of a quieter life, finding joy in simple moments and the calm of her surroundings. This chapter brought her contentment and balance, which she deeply cherished.
Diana is survived by her loving children: Donna Jackson Kohlin and her husband, Torvald Kohlin, and their children, Sigurd and Gustav; Sandra Jackson; Michelle Ort and her husband, Doug Ort, and their children, Jaye and Holly; Janine Goulet and her husband, Ronald Lillman.
She is also survived by her siblings: Carole Cannara,Kim Bellomo and her husband Sal, Barbara LaRue, and John Jaworski and his wife, Judy; as well as her cherished nieces, Caroleanne and Debbie.
Diana was predeceased by her parents, Georgianna Schoor and Stanley Jaworski, and her brothers: Dennis Jaworski, Thomas Feldheim, Jerry Feldheim, Kirk Bockledge, and Georgie Bockledge.
A memorial mass celebrating Diana's life will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2025, at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 200 Carlton Ave., Washington, NJ 07882.
Diana’s legacy of love, laughter, faith, and celebration will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
