Obituary of Charles Eagan

Charles Lee Eagan, 76, of Washington, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Charles was born on February 9, 1936 in Washington, NJ. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles "Bus" and Ida ( nee Lee) Eagan. . Charles owned and loved driving his 1930 Model A. He loved his family and was a member of the Port Colden Methodist Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Pearl McElroy Eagan. He is also survived by a son, Charles E. Eagan and wife Susan of Virginia Beach, VA, a daughter, Joan Duryea and husband Alan of Franklin Township, NJ, a sister, Martha Joan Weber and her husband Ronald of Bangor, PA, four grandchildren, Brian and Rebecca Duryea, Christopher and wife Kelly Eagan, and Lauren Eagan. A graveside service will held 11:00 a.m.on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Musconetcong Valley Cemetery, Hampton, NJ.
