Obituary of Elena Sapio

Elena Sapio 92 of Easton PA formerly of Washington NJ and Brooklyn NY passed away peacefully on November 29th 2016 in the Arden Courts Assisted Living Center, Easton PA. She was born in Brooklyn NY on July 4th 1924. She was the daughter of the late Gennaro and Giuseppina Sapio. She retired as an Adminstrator of Marketing for the former Woolworths Department store in Manhatten NY. She was a member of the St Joseph Catholic Church in Washington NJ. Her brother Antonio and a sister Mildred preceded her in death. She is survived by cousin Mary Marino of Rockvalle Centre NY A Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4PM in the DeVoe Fuuneral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ. A Wake service will be celebrated by Fr Guy Selvester of St Joseph Catholic Church in Washington NJ A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM at St Agnes Cathedral in Rockvalle NY on Monday December 5, 2016. Entombment will follow in St Johns' Christ the Redeemer Mausoleum, in Middle Village NY. The DeVoe Funeral Service has been entrusted with her arrangements.
