Obituary of Doris Pavlina

Doris Mae Pavlina 89 of Oxford NJ passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Hazen NJ. She was the daughter of the late John and Ethel Cole Dalrymple. She loved music and enjoyed playing country music with her husband in their band called the DJ’s. She loved going to yard sales and flea markets. Always the animal lover she especially loved dogs. She was always the caretaker. She was a member of the Colonial United Methodist Church in Oxford NJ. Surviving are her loving husband of 69 years, John Pavlina, a daughter Darlene M Burd and her husband Robert of Oxford, a sister Rosella Musick of Oxford and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her 3 brothers Edward, Clifford (survived by wife Dorothy) and Daniel and a sister Irma Smolenski (survived by husband Phil). Family and friends may call Thursday 7-9 at the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave, Washington NJ 07882. Funeral Services will be Friday at 11AM in the Colonial United Methodist Church 32 Washington Street Oxford NJ. Interment to follow in the St Rose Cemetery in Oxford.
