Margaret ""Trixie"" Evans 89 formerly of Washington NJ, of Sarasota, Florida for 50 years died 4-17-2009 at her home in Sarasota, FL. Margaret was a Catalog Sales Associate for Sears of Sarasota, FL for 20 years before retiring. She was born in Washington, NJ on September 28, 1919. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Karen Anderson Hilber. Margaret enjoyed knitting, crocheting and gardening. She was also an active member in the American Business Woman’s Association in Sarasota, FL Upon retiring, She loved to travel and was able to visit many places. Her loving husband Theodore E. Evans, her brother Carl Hilbers and her sister May Williams all predeceased her She belonged to the American Business Woman’s Association, Sarasota, FL She is survived by a Daughter Margaret “Maggie” Evans of Ball Ground, GA, a sister Helen Bachman, many nieces, nephews and friends Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday in the DeVoe Funeral Home 136 West Washington Ave, Washington NJ.
