Obituary of Margaret L. Kuhnert

Margaret Kuhnert, 96, of Bethlehem, PA passed away peacefully on January 10, 2017 at New Eastwood Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Harlingen, Texas to the late Charles and Goldie Mae (Nash) Dailey on March 22, 1920. Margaret was a devoted homemaker who lovingly cared for her family. Margaret was an accomplished seamstress and an avid quilter. She made many, many quilts for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Calvary Moravian Church in Allentown, PA. Margaret is survived by her sons Donald Burd and wife Lola of Bethlehem Township, NJ: and Ronald Burd and wife Judy of Washington, NJ; daughters Helen Hager of Forks Township, PA, Margaret Zeiner and husband Ron of Harmony, NJ; and Terri Pope of Maxatawny, PA: seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands George Vincent Burd and Donald R. Kuhnert: son Wayne Folks, brother Frank Dailey and sister Juanita Ruedas. A Memorial Service will be on July 15th, 2017 at 11AM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ 07882.
