Obituary of Joyce L McCaine

Joyce Lydia McCaine, 92, of Washington, NJ, passed away in St. Luke’s Warren Hospital on September 20, 2015. Joyce was born in Glouster, England to the late Albert W. And Grace L. (Wood) Haviland on April 3, 1923. She served in the Royal Air Force as a Plotter and was stationed at Martlesham for five years. She moved to Clark, NJ in 1945 coming from Union, England. She moved to Washington in 2011. She was married to the late Edward H. McCaine who proceeded her in death in 1975. She is survived by her son Edward McCaine of Washington, NJ; daughters Joy Allen of Manchester and Claire of VA; a brother Harold; a sister Margaret; six grandchildren, Brian, Craig, Steven, Jill, Ashley Allen and his wife Karen, and Kelly Allen; one great grandchild Nijl Allen. She was predeceased by her brother John Allen Haviland. Cremation was held at the H.G. Smith Crematory in Stroudsburg, PA.
