Obituary of Edna Pene

Edna Pene, 84, of Oxford, NJ passed away peacefully on August 17, 2016 at her home. Edna was born on October 5, 1931 to the late George and Ada (Thatcher) Fox in Oxford, NJ. Edna was married to the late Jim Pene who proceeded her in death in 2000. She was a devoted wife and mother. Edna was a resident of Oxford her whole life. She is survived by her sons Jim, Jr of Port Murray, NJ, Elo of Oxford, NJ, and John of Oxford, NJ; a daughter Kathy Kleedorfer of Oxford, NJ; 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Edna was the last of 18 children. A viewing will be held on Monday August 22, 2016 at 10- 11:00 am with a funeral service directly following at 11:00 am at DeVoe Funeral Service 136 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ. Interment to be held at the Summerfield Cemetery. Memorials to Oxford Emergency Service 76 Academy Street Oxford, NJ 07863.
