Obituary of Florence Dell

Florence J. Dell of Phillipsburg, NJ formerly of Washington, NJ died Sunday, January 13, 2008 at Her home in Phillipsburg, NJ at the age of 83. Born November 6, 1924 in Wilkes Barre, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and the late Pearl Starzyk. She enjoyed gardening and remodeling homes. She was a Receptionist, employed by Stover & Stover, Washington, NJ. Survivors: Predeceased by: Husband, Harry Dell; Brother, Francis Starzyk, she is Survived by her Daughter, Maryanne Dell of Cypress, CA. Loving long time companion of Howard “Bus” Opdyke and Her beloved miniature schnauzer Portia. Services: Friends may call Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at DeVoe Funeral Service Inc., 136 West Washington Ave, Washington, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Washington, NJ. Interment will be in St Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Washington.
