Obituary of Russell E Denmon
Russell Eugene Denmon, 71, of Washington, NJ passed away at Warren Hospital on March 11, 2018.
Russell was born on November 20, 1946 to the late Russell and Josephine (Cook) Denmon in Kingston, PA.
After graduating from Tuncunock High School, he served in the US Marine Corp. He was then a Stationary Engineer at M&M Mars for 24 years retiring in 2000.
Russell was a former umpire of Washington Little League, a member of the VFW Post in Washington and a member of the The Living Word Fellowship.
Russell is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Linda (Allen) Denmon; sons Richard and his wife Susan of Saylorsburg, PA, Steven of Effort, PA, Matthew of Washington, NJ; a daughter Erin Denmon of Kunkletown, PA; brothers Phillip of Dushore, PA, Howard of Piqua, OH, Donald of Moophoney, PA, Kevin of Sweet Valley, PA; sisters Sandra Simmons of Alberton, MT, and Joann Stasik, Forty Fort, PA; 5 grandchildren, Justice, Samantha, Logan, Jacob and Mason. Predeceased by grandsons Austin Maxwell and Evan Mussellman.
Viewing will be held on Thursday March 15, 2018 from 10-11:30am with a funeral following at 11:30am in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ 07882. Interment will be at the Montana Cemetery.
