Obituary of JoAnn Radmore

Oxford, NJ- JoAnn M Radmore 68, peacefully departed this life on June 30, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Jo Ann was born in Phillipsburg, NJ at Warren Hospital on June 9th, 1945. She was a life long resident of Oxford. She was a 1963 graduate of Washington High School . In her younger years she worked at Millies family owned diner in Belvidere/Oxford and at Graham Packaging in Belvidere for 29 years before retiring. JoAnn was a 50 year member of the 2nd Presbyterian Church in Oxford, N.J. where she taught Sunday School and was a former Deacon. She loved craft shows, loved to crochet and was a member of the church knitting club. She was an avid shopper and loved to cook. Jo Ann loved spending time with her family and friends on holidays especially Christmas Eve gatherings. JoAnn is survived by her beloved husband Robert Charles to whom she wed on August 8, 1964. A daughter Stacy Radmore and son, Robert Charles II both of Oxford, NJ. Sisters Peggy Loucks of Holly Hill, Fl , Linda Rasely and Robin Hildebrant both of Belvidere NJ. Brothers Clinton "Ted" Carmen of Ocala, Fl, Gary Carmen of Lees Summitt, Mo.and Shawn Belkey of Lakeland, Fl. She is predeceased by her parents the late Irene Mildred Lusk and Floyd Belkey and brother Charles "Butch" Carmen. Visitation will be on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at DeVoe Funeral Service, Inc 136 West Washington Ave, Washington NJ 07882. Funeral Services will be on July 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the 2nd Presbyterian Church 65 Washington Street, Oxford NJ. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Oxford NJ. Donations may be made to Oxford 2nd Presbyterian Church building Fund PO Box 58 Oxford, NJ 07863. The DeVoe Funeral Service Washington NJ has been entrusted with her arrangements.
