Obituary of William E. Lubold
William E. Lubold, 69, of Lopatcong Township, NJ passed away surrounded by his family at the Brakely Park Care Center on October 13, 2016.
William was born on November, 1, 1946, in Klingerstown, PA to the late Charles and Isabel Lubold
He was a Postal Carrier for the US Postal Service; retiring after over 20 years from the Whitehouse Station Post Office. He was a member of the Stockertown Rod and Gun Club and a former member of East Whitehouse Volunteer Fire Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and auto racing.
William is survived by four sons; William Proctor and his wife Jennifer of Martin’s Creek, Pa, Michael Lubold and his wife Amanda of Washington, NJ, Robert Lubold and his fiancée Amanda of Bangor, PA, and David Lubold of Washington, NJ; two daughters Beverly and Tracey both of Florida; 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Also surviving him is his former wife, Linda Proctor. He was predeceased by two sons; Charlie who died in 2003 and Benjamin who died in 2012: also four brothers and three sisters.
A visitation will be held on October 22, 2016 from 3-6 pm at the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882 with a funeral service following at 6 pm. Cremation was held at the H.G. Smith Crematory. Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Association at www.alz.org.
