Obituary of Francis W Pawloski

Francis W. Pawloski, Sr, 86, of Middlesex, NJ passed away at Robert Wood Johnson in Somerset, NJ on August 11, 2017.  He was born on January 25, 1931 to the late Martin M. and Elizabeth (Witowski) Pawloski in Cumbola, PA. Francis was married to the late Alice (Tomalavage) who proceded him in death in 1999.

He proudly served in the US Army and held various positions throughout his career, the latest being a forklift operator for Hoechst Celanese Pharmaceutical Company in Bedminster, NJ.

Francis was a member of the American Legion Post 306 in Middlesex, NJ for 51 years.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and being with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Virgin in Middlesex, NJ. 

He is survived by his sons: Martin Pawloski and his wife Allison of Washington Township, NJ and Francis Pawolski, Jr and his wife Tamra of Franklin Township, NJ and grandchildren Angela, Jessica and Francis III.

He was predeceased by a son Thomas Pawloski in 1998 and two brothers and one sister. 

A viewing will be held on August 16, 2017 from 6-8 pm at the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 W Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church on August 17, 2017 at 10 am.  Internment will be at the Indiantown Gap Cemetery.
