Obituary of Victoria Leggio

Victoria Leggio, 96 of Washington, NJ died at her home on Tuesday November 15, 2016. She was born in Italy on February 26, 1920. She was the daughter of the late Antonio and Saveria (Perri) Pantuso. Mrs. Leggio had work as a Seamstress for the former Leacock Corporation in Washington NJ. She was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church in Washington NJ. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society and the Social Club of the church. Victoria loved animals, cooking, and traveling. She also enjoyed attending Warren County Nutrition lunches. Her loving husband Christopher preceded her in death in 1998. She is survived by her son Joseph in Washington; a daughter Sandy Hagan in Palmer Twp PA; three grandchildren Adam, Jason, and Michael; and two great grandchildren, Corey and Kira. A brother Russell Pantuso and two sisters, Carmelina Maletta and Rose Pantuso preceded her in death. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on 10:00 am on Saturday November 19th 2016 at the St Joseph Catholic Church 200 West Carlton Ave Washington NJ. A visitation will be held Friday from 6-8:00PM at the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave. Washington NJ. Interment to follow at the St Joseph Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Center of Animal Health and Welfare 1165 Island Park Road Easton PA 18042. The DeVoe Funeral Service was entrusted with the arrangements.
