Eva L Briski of Hackettstown, NJ formerly of Oxford, NJ died Saturday, June 30, 2007 at the House Of The Good Shepherd, Hackettstown, NJ at the age of 86. Born June 8, 1921 in Oxford, NJ, she was the Daughter of the late Michael and the late Anastasia (Tyrus) Kowel. Eva was the heart and soul of her family. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and aunt. Her great joy was cooking, especially pierogies and cabbage rolls, for her family and friends. She also enjoyed traveling. She was employed by Island Dragway for 43 years. She spent the last two years of her life under the warm and loving care of the staff at House of the Good Shepherd. She was Predeceased by her Husband, Edward J. Briski in 1988; Brother, John Kowal; Sisters, Ann Klymcsuk, & Rose Mantoni.
