Obituary of Florence Eichlin

Florence May Eichlin 80 of Upper Mount Bethel Township PA, formerly of Washington NJ died January 15, 2014 in Easton Hospital . She was born in Asbury NJ August 12,1933 a daughter of the late John and Sadie Benner Trimmer. She worked for American Can Co in Washington NJ as a Tuber retiring in 1990. Previously, she worked at the former Riccardi Factory as well as the family farm. She has resided in Upper Mount Bethel Township for the past 15 years moving from Washington NJ . She enjoyed camping, gardening, baking, canning, going to auctions and spending time with her family. Surviving are her loving husband Donald to whom she was married for the past 58 years, a son David and his wife Sheri of Bethlehem PA, daughters, Donna Smith and her husband Gary of Mt Bethel PA, Diane Tillou and her husband Scott of Hackettstown NJ and Dawn Pursell and her husband David of Phillipsburg NJ, a brother John E. Trimmer and his wife Sandra of Blouts Creek North Carolina, a sister Doris Wiedman and her husband George of Mt Bethel PA, 13 grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren. She is preceded in death by two sisters, June Allen and Betty Pieper and a nephew John Pieper. Funeral Services will be Monday January 20, 2014 at 11AM in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ 07882. Visitation will be Sunday from 6-8PM in the funeral home.
