Beverly J. Benka Of Easton, PA died Wednesday, May 16, 2007 in Easton Hospital, Wilson Boro, PA. Born October 18, 1939 in Broadway, NJ, she was formerly of Washington, NJ, she has lived in Easton PA for past 9 years. Daughter of the late Oscar and the late Flora (Hoff) Carpenter. Beverly was a dietary aide who dedicated over 20 years of her life improving the quality of life of elderly residents in various geriatrics centers and nursing homes in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She loved and enjoyed reading the newspaper and doing crossword puzzles. She was predeceased by her Brothers Gerald Carpenter & William “Bud” Graham.
