Russell "Dusty" Hartrum 64, of Washington NJ died Thursday December 13th, 2007 in Phillipsburg NJ. He was born in Somerville NJ. September 30, 1943. He was the son of the late Russell and Lillian Chamberlain Hartrum. Dusty work for the Skylands Energy in Raritan NJ as a Field Truck Driver for over 18 years. An avid motor sports and NASCAR car fan. He was a fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. He loved his family and friends, but mostly is Dog "Rusty" Survivors: Surviving by his wife of 17 years, Mildred "Peachie", a stepdaughter Karen Hartrum and her husband Roger of Washington Twp NJ, two brothers, Roger and "Chuck" of Lower Mt Bethel. A sister, RuthAnn Weaver of Washington NJ and 4 grandchildren. He was predeceased by 5 brothers, Bob, Percy, Joe, Bruce and Donald Chamberlain and a sister Beatrice Potter. Services: Family and friends are invited to share memories of Dusty on Tuesday from 4 –7pm in the DeVoe Funeral Services, Inc. 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ. A Celebration of life will then be held at 7 pm in the funeral home. Cremation will follow in the H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg PA.
