Obituary of Kathryn Melberger

Kathryn F. Melberger, 80, formerly of Oxford, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Brakeley Park Center, Lopatcong Township, NJ. Kathryn was born on August 13, 2012 in Somerville, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leon and Marian ( nee Milliken) Fisher. Kathryn was a 1950 graduate of Washington High School, Washington, NJ. She also attended Churchman Business School. She was a member of the friends of Shipper Manor Historical Society and a member and the financial secretary for the Oxford Colonial United Methodist Church for over 24 years. She was a member of the Eastern Stars and Sue Tube Corp. She is survived by a son, Jeffrey and wife Lisa of Oxford, NJ, a daughter, Barbara Shields and husband Charles of Washington, NJ, and a brother, Richard Fisher of Belvidere, NJ. A graveside will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Musconetcong Valley Cemetery, Hampton, NJ.
