Andrea was my very best friend. We had the kind of friendship that did not need constant care. If we did not talk for awhile, the next time we got together it was as if there was no missed time. We've had each others back over the years. The best times were going to the beach or the Sands casino. I remember riding in her really big red vintage car, We talked about the kids, her dreams like living in a ranch house, riding a horse and how she hated the orange sink in her kichen on West Stewart St, traveling to the Caribbean and owning a new car,. She would talk in a dreamy way of how she loved her new ranch house and how she and Toni would update it.
She loved nursing, and was respected by her nurse colleagues as well as the doctors she worked with. She never compromised care that she gave her patients. If something was questionable she was not afraid to question it's validity.
Andrea handled her illness with grace lived in grace and passed in Grace. She was loved by all. Especially by me. I will not be the same witout you Andrea, I miss you❤️
