So sorry to hear. I haven't seen Billy in many years but will always remember what a nice guy he was. He was friends with all of my brothers and sister, as well as, my husband, Tony Wilson. Bill was my friend and I will truly miss him. We could not talk for years and if we saw each other we would pick up and talk like it was yesterday. He was such a wonderful person.
