Obituary of Arthur Trube

Arthur C.Trube Jr. 65 of Washington Twp Warren County NJ died January 14th in Warren Hospital after being stricken at home. He was born in Bronx NY July 25th 1948. He was the son of the late Arthur C and Helen Brown Trube Sr. Arthur was last employed at the Califon Post office. Previously he was employed as a realtor with ReMax and Warren County Reality, and a Route Supervisor for JCP & L in Reading PA prior to that. He was a graduate of Warren County Community College. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War, where he received several medals of honor, including a national defense service medal and Vietnam campaign medal. He was a member of the Disabled American Vets Warren County #48 and the Wounded Warrior Project. He had been a member of the Washington Twp Volunteer Fire Department. He also was a member of St Jospeh's Catholic Church in Washington NJ. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Irene Trube (nee Sheldon), a son Brandon Michael Trube and his wife Jennifer of Wichita Kansas, a daughter Kerrie Rebecca Trube of Philadelphia PA, and a sister Helene Peterson and her husband Ed of Umatilla Fl. A Memorial Service will be held in the DeVoe Funeral Service 136 West Washington Ave Washington NJ on Saturday Jan 25 2013 at 3PM. Friends may visit with family from 2PM until time of service.
