Obituary of Patricia Willever

Patricia Ann Willever, 74, of Washington Borough, NJ, died Friday, February 06, 2009 at home. Patricia was born August 30, 1934 in Washington, NJ, the daughter of the late Walter I. and the late Lena H. (Sherman) Willever. She graduated in 1951 from Washington High School. Patricia was employed with Lackawanna Railroad from 1949 – 1960 as a secretary to the Vice President and General Council. She then worked from 1960 - 1996 for Valley Federal Bank, Easton. Her final employer from 1996 until her retirement in 1999 was Richard Shaplin Investments, Easton. She was a member of the Women’s Society of the United Methodist Church, and the Washington Chapter No. 136, Order of the Eastern Star of NJ. Patricia was deeply faithful. Her family was involved in the Lackawanna railroad for many generations. Survivors: Patricia is survived by her brother, John Willever of Washington Borough, NJ; and several cousins. Services: Friends may call Monday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at DeVoe Funeral Service Inc., 136 West Washington Ave, Washington, NJ. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 am at United Methodist Church Of Washington, 116 E. Washington Ave, Washington, NJ.
