Obituary of Mary Reese

Mary Ann Reese 86 of Washington NJ died at her home on April 10, 2015. She was born in Taylor PA May 3, 1928. She was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Estok) Lehen. Along with her first husband they had owned Richards Diner in Washington NJ (Later B & R) until his death. Mary loved trips to Atlantic City NJ. She was a member of the St Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Oxford NJ. Mary was also very active and volunteered at the Blue Army Shrine in Washington Twp NJ. In addition to her first husband who died in the early 1960's, she was also predeceased by her second husband Lewis in 2004. Mary is survived by two brothers John Lehen and his wife Helen and Joseph Lehen and his wife Jacqueline all of Atlantic Highlands NJ, two sisters Helen and Pasquale Bencivenga of North Bergen NJ and Carolyne and Ronald Oprendek of Belford NJ, a God son John Stankiewicz and many nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 11AM in the St Rose of Lima Catholic Church Academy Street Oxford NJ.
