Obituary of Michael Ganz

Michael J. Ganz, 24, formerly of Hackettstown, died Saturday, February 28, 2009 at home in Belvidere, NJ. Michael was born May 4, 1984 in Hackettstown, NJ, a son of Richard and Lynn R (Meltzer) Ganz. He was a student at Warren County Community College majoring in Business/Marketing and would have graduated this May. Michael was active in the college community He was the President of O.P.E.N (Open Minded People Excluding No One) and a member of the Student Government Association. He also volunteered for and was member of Habitat for Humanity. Survivors: In addition to his parents, Richard and Lynn Ganz of East Stroudsburg, PA he is survived by two brothers, Daniel A. Ganz and James L Ganz of Clifton, NJ. He will also be missed by many friends. Services: Friends may call Thursday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at DeVoe Funeral Service Inc., 136 West Washington Ave, Washington, NJ. A memorial service will be held Thursday at 12:00 pm at DeVoe Funeral Service Inc., 136 West Washington Ave, Washington Private cremation was held in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
