Obituary of Albert Werner
Albert W. Werner, Sr., age 66, of Oxford, NJ and Round Up, Montana, died in Oxford on Sunday, September 26, 2010.
Albert was born February 1, 1944 in Washington, NJ, a son of the late Kenneth and the late Helen (Snyder) Werner. He was married to the former Bette Melissa Singerling for 46 years.
Albert was employed by Langer Transport, of Jersey City, NJ as a truck driver for the past year. Prior to that, he was a self-employed truck driver as well as operating Berts Truck and Trailer Repair.
Albert liked old cars and visiting historical and natural sites. He loved to travel especially to Montana where he and Bette had a second residence.
Albert is survived by his wife, Bette; one daughter, Andrea Melissa Stobbe and her husband Michael of West Columbia, SC and one son, Albert Werner, Jr. and his wife Rebecca of Newton, NJ; two sisters, Judith Beers of Phillipsburg, NJ, and Esther Wilhelm and her husband George of Florida; two brothers, Kenneth and his wife Irene of Blairstown, NJ and Floyd and his wife Betty of Broadway, NJ and six grandchildren.
