Obituary of Geraldine Palmiotto

Geraldine Gerry" Palmiotto 73 of White Twp. NJ passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on June 17 2015 at the Brakely Park Care Center in Lopatcong NJ. She was born in Jersey City NJ on March 27 1942. She was the daughter of the late Harold Dalton and Alice (Behrmann) Gabriel. Gerladine was a Realtor for over 30 years 27 of which for Full Financial Realty in Washington NJ. Along with her husband Modesto they ran the Palmiotto Teaching Family Program from 1991-2005. She volunteered many hours for the Republican party. She was very active in many organizations behind the scenes. In addition to her husband Modesto she is survived by a son Dominick and his wife Cindy of Brodheadsville PA, a daughter Joyce Moore of Pohatcong NJ, Five grandchildren Kelly, Kara, Amanda, Meagan, and Adam and two great-grandsons Ryan and Chase. She is also survived by a sister Diane DeSomma of Lodi NJ and countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her. She was predeceased by three sisters Elaine Wilke, Lorraine Bocak, and Dolores Harm. Memorial Services to be held Sunday June 28 at Dalton's Columbia Inn Columbia NJ from 12 to 4 with a service at 1:30. Donations in her memory can be made to the Humane Society or ASPCA.
