Obituary of James Clark

James W. Clark, 87, of Washington, NJ, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at his home. James was born on October 4, 1924 in Paterson, NJ, the son on the late Mr. and Mrs. James and Agnes (nee Hodgson) Clark. James was a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, and was a Mechanical Engineer for G.E. An avid golfer, he was a member of the High Bridge Golf Club. He is predeceased by his wife; Lillian Clark in 1988, as well as one step-daughter. He is survived by three step-daughters, seven grandchildren, and seven step-great-grandchildren, one first cousin, and five 2nd cousins. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 25, 2011, from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the DeVoe Funeral Service, Inc., 136 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882. A service will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home followed by burial at Frenchtown Cemetery, Frenchtown, NJ. Donations may be made to the Washington Emergency Squad, P.O.
