Obituary of Dolores Joan Maul

Dolores Joan Maul, 85, from Washington, NJ passed away on May 15, 2016. She was born on March 6, 1931 in Washington, NJ to Lester and Lena (Shafer) Hoover. She graduated from Washington High School she worked as a secretary for the Star newspaper and then became a homemaker for many years. Later in life she work as a cafeteria cashier at Exxon Mobil in Annandale, NJ. Dolores really enjoyed attending her grandchildren's sporting events and loved helping people. She was the ultimate caregiver. Dolores is survived by two daughters Donette Behrens and her husband Siegfried of East Stroudsburg, PA and Doralee Van Veldhuisen and her husband William of Lebanon Twp, NJ. She is also survived by three grandchildren Brett, Brianna, and Brittney. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Donald in 2007 and her brother Herbert "Sonny" Hoover.
