Diane, we are praying for you and the family. We are here if you need support in any way. I really loved Joe. I loved his laugh, his love of life and family, his booming voice, and his great bear hugs. He was fifteen years older than I, but Joe always had time for his "little cousin." He was always so kind to me, and I am thankful for it. He was the first and best of all the Lacey cousins, and he is so missed! We can only imagine the glory Joe is experiencing now in Jesus' presence. Until we meet again, Joe, you will always be in our hearts. Love, Beth & David Barsoum, with Sarah, Hannah & Mary Barsoum

I soo enjoyed Joe s very memorable voice that was truly a gift from God. I looked forward to church every week knowing he would be there leading the hymns. He will be sadly missed here on earth, but I'm sure he will be in front of our Lord hearing the words, "You Were a Good and Faithful Servant". May God bless his family and all who knew him and his angelic voice. Much Love and Many Prayers, Tom and Bev Mulrooney

My sincere condolences to all of the Lacey family- I am deeply saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Joe and I were classmates at High Bridge HS, and we both worked at TJ Lipton- a long time ago. Everything mentioned in his obituary is how I remembered him from way back when. I know he is missed. There is surely some comfort in the legacy he created. Sincerely, Scott Farley

To Joe's family: There are no words to describe how sorry we are to hear of Joe's passing. He was a dear friend who always had an encouraging word for me and my family. I will always remember his loud, booming voice, a talent which was dedicated, along with his life, to the Lord. May the Lord give all of you the peace he would want you to have.
