Dearest Carol and family, We had the honor of knowing Dale as a neighbor. We will always remember him as a quiet (We never heard him raise his voice once!) kind and dedicated family man. Whenever anyone needed help, Dale was there, he didn't have to be asked and he never looked for a reward.
