My Deepest Sympathies to the Haas family. I have many fond memories of spending time at the Haas home.Stephanie and I were gonna be rock stars, and loved Elton John and Mike was the coolest guy I had ever met, with his red Monza taking us to the store and listening to music. Mrs Haas never minded a house full of kids hanging out and swimming. She made me my first ever Pork Roll sandwich. she talked to me about my parents splitting up. And I will never forget the Kindness she showed me when I lost my mother and sister, she was very helpfull and mde a very difficult time bearable with her assistance.

From the time they were small with Katie and Alex, Bev always welcomed me and the children into her home. No need to knock, just come on in and put on a pot of tea. While we know she is in a better place, we miss her and send our love to her family.

Condolences to Stephanie, Mike, John and the Haas, Farley and Sweet familes. I remember Bev from her days at the Third Street School office, when she was very helpful to a Belvidere News cub reporter. I also remember sneeking out of the News office to get fresh bread and desserts when she had a bakery on Mill Street. Later she was very helpful when she worked in the Surrogate's office when I was researching Warren County Civil War veterans. I shall never foget those days and he needed assistance. She will be missed.

To All of Bev's Family, May she rest in peace and the lord be with all of you in this sad time. I have very fond memories of Bev as she was my Sunday School many years ago at Belvidere Methodist Church. She use to take me to the chruch picnic at Buskill Park and come by and take me with her shopping or whatever when she wanted company. I was very honored as a young boy to receive a wedding invitation from her addressed to me and I accepted with heavy heart as she was my "girl freind" at the time. What wonderful memories that will live forever. You where all very fortunate to have Bev as your mother and I as a freind.
