Paul, We are so very sorry for your loss. You and Dot were quite a team and you shared a lot of love, laughter, fun and life over the years. I remember Dot sitting on your front porch watching over her children playing in the yard and on the sidewalk when I was a kid living around the corner on Warren Street. Remember when Larry and I met up with you and Dot in Nashville back in May of 1990? We laughed when we had to get our own napkins from the clean pile of unfolded laundry at the breakfast buffet. I remember that Dot had a few choice words for you and Larry when you started to help yourselves to silverware and coffee cups for our table. I also have memories of Dot walking up to Jim's Store and stopping to visit with Aunt Mart(Miller) on her front porch alongside of the store. Dot will be sorely missed by many, many people. My heart breaks for you, Cathy, and the boys. Larry and I will remember you in our prayers. You will not be forgotten...nor will Dot. May the Lord bless you and hold you close in your time of sorrow.

Our condolences go out to the whole Gyuricza family during this difficult time. Hold on to the wonderful memories that you all share for such a wonderful woman. She always took the time to talk to us kids whenever we were over her house. She made meals for my father when he wasn't well and sent them over, even though she herself didn't feel well. I am so very sorry to be writing this condolence and I don't know what to say to express my sincerest, most heartfelt sympathies to the family. I will always remember Dot as a hard-working, go-getting , fast-walking spitfire with a great laugh and those beautiful long skinny legs (which I always wanted when I grew up). She was one of the great old school Moms. One of the bright spots of spring was when Dot brought her plants outside and my Mom always said nobody could make a gardenia bloom like Dot. She was very lucky to be so well-loved and so well cared for by her family and I wish you all peace knowing that she is in a better place. I know Tony and Izzy were waiting with open arms and a cold highball to welcome Dorothy to the neighborhood So I would like to say "safe journey" dear friend, and God Bless all the family at this time and always.
